- Not Veterinary Advice: Animal communication services provided through Reiki360.ca are intended solely for the purpose of fostering understanding, connection, and harmony between animals and their human companions. - Emergency Situations: Animal communication is not an emergency service. If your animal is experiencing a medical or behavioral emergency, you must contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

Client Responsibilities
- Ownership and Consent: By booking an animal communication session, you affirm that you are the legal owner/guardian of the animal or have explicit, documented permission from the owner to seek this service for the animal.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information (such as photos, age, and background) as requested by the practitioner to facilitate the session.
Expectations and Outcomes
- Nature of Intuitive Work: Animal communication relies on intuitive interpretation. While the practitioner strives for the highest accuracy, we do not guarantee specific behavioral changes, outcomes, or definitive answers from the animal. Animals, like humans, have free will and their own perspectives, which may affect the session's dynamics.
3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
- Payment: Fees for sessions or courses must be paid in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit/session fee.
4. Content and Privacy
- Session Details: The insights shared during your animal's session are confidential and intended for your personal use.
- Case Studies & Media: Reiki360.ca will not use you or your animal’s story, photograph, or session details for promotional materials, blogs, or social media without your prior explicit, written consent.
