Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, energy balance and is complementary to other traditional and conventional forms of therapies and treatments. Non-invasive and gentle, Reiki can help calm both your body and mind by guiding you into a deeply relaxed state of wellbeing. Reiki is performed both in-person using gentle touch and hovering techniques and remotely using the same healing energy by tuning into your own individual frequency.

A multitude of hospitals and health facilities in North America provide Reiki services as a complementary therapy.
Yes, remote Reiki sessions can be just as effective as in-person treatments. Distance healing allows energy to flow freely and can provide the same benefits regardless of location. We are all connected energetically which allows Reiki to travel both short distances, like through direct touch, and also long distances to anywhere in the world. Think of radio waves or satellites that are able to transmit energy and information across vast distances, Reiki energy is similar in that the Reiki practitioner is like the vehicle for transmission and the client is the receiver.
To prepare for your first reiki session, wear comfortable clothing and share any specific intentions, concerns or goals with your practitioner to help tailor your experience. Setting an intention, either to your practitioner or just silently to yourself, is a great way to start so that you have a clear goal. Intentions can include finding clarity about a tough decision to be made or about something that has been pressing on your mind, decluttering a busy mind, or just to simply relax and enjoy some "me" time.
Animal Communication uses telepathy, a non-verbal transmission of energy and information, to connect with another animal or species. Everyone has the ability to connect with animals telepathically (humans are animals, too!) - it's a matter of reconnecting ourselves with nature, having a clear and open state of mind, and getting back to our roots. At Reiki360, we are certified in the Pea Horsely "heart-to-heart" method of animal communication.
Nothing! Continue with your usual routines for both you and your animal. They can be sleeping, on a walk, or playing with a friend while the session takes place. However, you are welcome to tell them that we will be connecting to have a chat soon - animals often love and appreciate when they know what's going to happen.
During the rare occurrence that we are unable to make a connection, you will be given a full refund. On occasion, an animal may not be willing to connect and we always want to respect their autonomy and boundaries. Just like humans, animals may not be feeling well enough to connect or just don't have the desire to. However, most animals are usually thrilled to connect and share their throughts, concerns, offer advice, and even crack jokes.
Animals love when we ask them questions! Everything from how they feel about their food or other animals in the home, to behavioural issues such as peeing on your bed or digging holes in your back yard. You can also pass long messages to the animal such as if you are moving to a new home and want them to know they won't be left behind. It's best to avoid questions that could potentially bring up past trauma, especially with rescued animals or those known to have had a traumatic past.
Before the session, please provide a photo of your animal companion with their eyes open and visible along with your questions or messages to them.
Within 24 hours of the completion of the session, you will receive a full transcript of the session via email . Please note that we cannot change the behaviours of animals but we can try to find out why they do the things they do and offer solutions to the animal that could be more helpful for you.
Yes! Whether an animal is currently living or has passed on, the connection is made with their spirit/soul which always remains the same. The connection process is exactly the same for both living animals and animals in spirit.
